I just played my first ranked matches, won 2 out of the 3. First two games I played as Malzahar went 13/0/9 and 6/2/2, second game I played as Amumu and went 11/2/22. Overall ranked matches aren't as scary as I thought they would be. There are just as many terrible people as in normal games

i like blind pick over draft mode though, too much theory crafting before you pick your champs.

Thanks Zane  ;D Also went 22/3 with Pantheon earlier, it's surprising how many people are lvl30 and are still terrible at this game. Almost everyone on the other team had 300+ wins yet they were all still bad. For instance their eve had shurelias reverie, and looked like she was building warmogs wtf.

It's sick how much damage Trist does in a full build, also how squishy she is. Also has anyone else seen a rash of Cho mids lately? They seem to work, but I just played with one who was a complete dick and not enough of a carry to back up his talk. He took a lot of the farm and kills by being mid then blamed his team for being underleveled when he couldn't get kills or help us win teamfights. WTF? Of course we aren't as useful when we don't have the levels and gold.

Cho mid is probably something you will be seeing more of since he's free this week. It's just a bad idea imo. Sure cho is a great solo but he should be taking a 2v1 solo if possible. If not, a real carry should have mid.  That said I just carried Lag and Stein as cho, went 8-0, but I didn't go mid Also malzahar is too much fun, he has such versatile spells that he can literally take down anyone.
