Xin is still a strong choice if you choose to jungle. Others can do it better, but his ganks are strong.
I guess I was wrong to think soloqueing dominion would be less painful than summoners rift :'(

xin jungle is still laughable compared to good junglers, he's mid tier 3. and this does not change the fact you either do amazingly or feed.
speaking of which i was on a stream earlier, beasted as urgot then my internet started taking a massive shit upon itself.
You can use that argument for every champion in the game.

not really. tiers as in the style elementz uses are not designed to say "this champion is really bad and this champion is really good." it's the ease and capability at which they perform their role. as it is xin's been nerfed how many patches in a row now? all small nerfs, but eventually a ton of small nerfs equates one nerf master suck town rampage. the point still stands- xin is not in a good spot. he is barely viable at top-tier play and only by people who are dedicated experts at his playstyle. he is hyper viable at low-tier. he's basically a katarina- a pub stomper.
you guys are talking about viability and you all have no idea what you're talking about
player skill and awareness is far more important than "tier"
take for example. cheezy cookies ad sona. it's super strong because he's fucking good at the game. sure it might not work in tournament play, but none of us are playing tournaments.
