Both are meh. Vlad I like because he's a healthy caster, but he makes a pretty bad tank if it comes to that.
Mord is really good at pub stomping, but any real team can take him easy. He's a waste of a tank because he has no stuns or slows (which is why Rammus is so good in my eyes).

what are you talking about morde is really good. If there's no minions to use then you're probably fucked but with them you can fight at least 3 guys as long as siphon is maxed.

last patch buffed Heartseeker and nerfed spearshot. you're safe.
They nerfed pantheon a bit, little weaker early game, but I bet I could still rape with him :p Also tried Kassadin out and he's really fun.

kass has some of the strongest burst in the game with his void walk
Was about to buy Twitch, then they nerfed the fuck out of him. :-\
