Though, I need to find a better support build for Sona for when I play with you guys. AP Sona did not help too much that game, since you guys seemed to have all the killing stuff covered. Though, I'm sure things will get better once I get access to greater runes and make it so my rune page isn't a complete mess.

I think Abyssal would be good on Sona. Gives you some nice AP, Mres, and helps out your team with the debuff.
I played one awesome game as jax and now all the games I play with him are terrible.
i'm quite convinced that olaf is the shittiest champ in the game, even worse than jax

Yes.
He's really fun, but he's definately not tops in terms of ap casters. He's good early but really falls off mid to late game

Maybe I'm spoiled by anivia, but the point still remains there a way better ap burst champs out there. I just think the reasoning behind him is flawed(make him do less damage but his passive+ being aoe are supposed to make up for it).
where he excels is teamfights
of couse there's better ap burst champions, that's the job of assassins such as kass and lb
