Also time for PS2 (and PS) to get promoted out of Big Boys to their own section under Games.

won't run at all, or won't run reliably?
Time now flows normally in queue. The seconds are not counted in Valve time or even in Microsoft install time.

OH GOD YES PLEASE A GIANT FLOATING LAG AND RENDER ISSUE GENERATOR

It's been confirmed by Smedley that purchased weapon unlocks will at some point become account wide. May not apply to everything though, but will be retroactive.

That's actually very unlike SOE. Colour me impressed.

There has been a huge campaign for it, and a lot of people were saying they are holding off on spending any cash because they can't decide on a faction or server. So this is as much to make players happy as it is to make more money I think.

I'm actually pretty surprised that it wasn't this way from the start.  Good on SOE for not being total cash grubbing dicks though. I couldn't imagine paying for the same thing multiple times to have it on multiple characters.

fucking incredible
Just found out a childhood friend of mine who randomly added me on facebook last year sometime worked with Black Widow Company, SOE's QA & Combat studio
From the post about magriders today.

"Long ago, Vanu scientists attempted to triple the Magburner's boost power in exchange for less armor and a smaller gun. Twelve scientists died in the first 2.8 seconds of the experiment, and a week later the original Scythe prototype was introduced."
