I started watching School rumble gave up trying to watch it about 5 or so episodes in. I didn't dislike it, but i don't have the will to watch it.

Yeah, they do, and Lucky Star is a prime example of elementary/junior high level Japanese humor.
elementary/junior high level humor like slap chop re-mixes?
Yes. Exactly like 26, 20 minute episodes of slapchop remix.

You think that's bad? Forte has tons of shit like this bookmarked and periodically sends it to me to see if I'll stab myself after watching. D:

I watch things in Japanese simply because the dubbed voices are fucking terrible. I'd rather hear something in its original form than listen to some fucking 12 year old over act.

-The voice actors are generally 40+ year olds trying to voice children and/or opposite sex (granted Japanese do this as well buuuut)
-The voice actors are generally completely off for the character. A badass character sounds like that nasally xboxhueg glasses inhaler kid from 3rd grade, and a 12 year old weiner sounds like a 30 year old smoker.
-The voice actors almost always underact their roles, especially when it comes to yelling/screaming and they do that "inside voices yell"
-The dubs are almost always terrible.
1/3, but we get your point.
Granted, there are some good dubs. Noteable exceptions include Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Dirty Pair, and all of Yu Yu Hakusho cast except Kuwahara.

You shut up Kuwabara had the greatest voice actor ever.
Oh my god weeaboo rage right in this thread. :V
It's like the Sea of Piss rose up to flood the Island of Shit. It's just a game people gawd.
Oh wait I mean anime I'm just too used to people nerdraging hard over updates and how we should still keep Freight and Stag on the damn rotation even though they clearly weren't designed for good pub matches.
Yes I nerdrage in my own post about nerdraging. Figure that out.

Scrapped princess was a good dub IMO, and the guy that does one of the voices also does Alucard and a dozen others and I think he is a good voice actor. Plus Death Note has Gaeta! You can't go wrong with Gaeta.
