Blizzard in charge of knocking EA off the pedestal for the worst game company ever.
don't forget the kneejerk nerf to things when the game has been out for barely a week. they're really mad that inferno was finished 4 or 5 days after the game was out, when saying it would take months.
obviously hardcore inferno isn't going to happen anytime soon
ignoring case in passwords is... well.. moronic, imho.
Also, Memorial day, bitches:

apparently the password thing has been like that for a while. I really don't get how no one at blizzard thinks that's an issue.

Not distinguishing between upper and lowercase may seem silly to you, but they also have more than 10 million customers logging into Bnet on a weekly basis. Having case-sensitive passwords would inherently generate a lot more tickets/calls to customer service for people having troubles logging in, and for a large company trying to cut down on redundant staff, more silly calls would be a step in the wrong direction.
If you really care about security, get an authenticator and drop the QQ. They're free, and 2 step verification offers a lot more security than a single case-sensitive password could.
I swear, sometimes the internet just likes to start fights over nothing.
Semi-Relevant to the password discussion.
Since when do people call in to get their passwords reset? Isn't there a "forgot my password button"?
Regardless, blizzard has been shitty lately.
