Meh, I've only had bud light tonight, but watched The Ladykillers, which was pretty hilarious.  I'm going to go test absolute as an alternative to Listerine, my mouth feels fuzzy from the lack of chemical burn.

Wait, when did Absinthe become legal in the US?

http://articles.lancasteronline.com/local/18/234384

Who knows good brands, STAT?
I remember reading about the legislation awhile ago, might have taken a long time to kick in though.  My brother had a bottle over the weekend, I'll have to remember to ask him about it.

It's been legal in Canada for as long as I know. Luin got me a bottle of 'Czech Absinth Strong' a while back. Tastes like black-licorice mouthwash and at 120 proof, it warms the body real quick. Not having any other brands to compare, I wouldn't advise.

Ugh, licorice.

I've had a few other types of absinthe previously, but I no longer remember them and they weren't prepared "properly".

Rummy, at what point do you become old enough when the same behavior is no longer considered "making the most of life" and turns into "raving alcoholic".

let's make the "drinking age" cut off 30, anything higher then that is an alcoholic, anything lower is living life

Drinking age = ((real age -  average number of people you are drinking with) x (number of children + number of lifetime marriages + 1)) / ( 3 / number of times you drink in a week)

My drinking age = 41, approximately, so i guess that solves that question. though i'm sure that either the equation needs to be fine tooled or the drinking age quantity needs to be rescaled.

I'm come up with 147 on the yank-me formula. Look, I drink...

Oh, I can tell you precisely what that point was, it was when I finished my dissertation. I was pretty straight-laced throughout the 9 grad school years, so I feel justified in making up for lost time.

On the other hand, some people "live life" and drink their way out of grad school. *Ahem.*

Back on-topic, I know this is a bit trashy, but I love this stuff

Better combination: Smached Wakati, vent, and a bunch of retards.
Wow, this htread has fallen off.  Lemme remedy that.  St. Patrick's Day: Success.
On Sunday night, HeK had a few and before we knew it, he was drunk.

I sent him to bed and about an hour and a half later, he came out stumbling down the hall. I asked him where he was going, and he mumbled something, then opened the closet. He had trouble closing the closet door behind him, so I asked him again what the heck he was doing. He said he was going to the bathroom.

I look at the door for a moment, then he came stumbling out; I told him that wasn't the bathroom and his response was "I know that NOW."

After he was finished in the real bathroom, he sits down at his desk in the computer room and starts taking his socks and shirt off. I ask him what the fuck he's doing now and he says he's going to bed. I tell him that's not his bed and he looks a little confused for a few moments before getting back up and stumbling into his real bed.
