I just tried to take a drink out of all four bottles on my desk and all of them were empty
Just bought a bottle of Samuel Smith's Organic Chocolate Stout.
It's pretty damn good.
Had a Slovenian liquor that my family makes from Juniper berries it's called Briniavic and it was horrible. Tasted like I had been gnawing on pine tree branches for hours....

Fireball Whiskey
So... Adding Three Olives S' mores vodka to a fireball and rum chatta is amazing.

Also adding the S' mores vodka and hot cocoa mix (home made recipe) to a espresso martini is also incredible.

S'mores Vodka + Rum Chatta + Fireball = Delicious

Espresso Martini with a home made hot-cocoa mix = Delicious

Also, these are both mostly liquor... but taste delicious (so... they totally fuck you up), plus espresso martini is coffee (espresso) so makes you really hyper and fucked up..

Sounds like gin just moonshine'd.

Also Fireball goes hand in hand with cider
>Get some tumblers for you and a friend.
>split a bottle of cider
>put a shot or more of fireball in for cinnamon apple cocktail
whiskey and cherry coke means I'm staying up later than I was during my vacation last week :'(

Fuck future me.

Love, past me.
Apparently if you put a drinking straw in a fifth of jack everyone wants to shake your hand
I'm not big on the super-dark stuff, but my father likes it, so I picked him up a bottle of this for Christmas... also because he often deserves it.

Ugh. Went out last night and had a few beers (3-5) and noticed that my heart rate was pretty high, up in the 120s-130s. My smartwatch thought I was doing light exercise!

Did some searching around but I can't figure out why this is happening. There is a known phenomenon in which binge drinking triggers arrhythmias but that's in people with long histories of alcohol consumption and resultant changes in heart composition. I have a cousin who has stopped drinking all alcohol due to an undisclosed heart condition, so my paranoia's starting to get to me. Maybe alcohol consumption in excess of 2-3 drinks isn't a good idea for me (okay, it's not a good idea in general. But specifically...). Does anyone else's heart race with alcohol consumption?

It's plausible that it was just a stimulating atmosphere contributing. But I don't really feel like replicating it at home tonight; even those 3-5 drinks have me feeling kinda cruddy today.
I know alcohol can fuck up ECG readings, but the moto 360 uses a crude optical pulse oximeter. PPGs are extremely sensitive to motion, but even then it would produce inconsistent readings.
Just to rule out sensor errors.

Was this just a sensor or did you manually take your pulse?
One, then the other. The watch tends to be within 5-10% of correct... When it manages to actually recognize anything. My pulse pressure was also pretty high

I'll rig up my PPG and log while drinking/gaming tonight, see what I see.
Too bad I don't have a breathalyzer handy.

Ok, I got my hands on a breathalyzer.
I know someone who had a form of epilepsy that was triggered by alcohol consumption... but she drank anyway.

And I knew a guy at college who was somewhat allergic to alcohol - like would get itchy red spots. Also still drank
