Portal 2 and a new Deus Ex.... Great... and I'm broke... Bloody hell I'm gonna have to get a job won't I.....
Capcom states that they aren't looking much into a PC version of SSF4 (despite it essentially being completed) for ridiculous reasons.

I will continue to wait though.

My thoughts when I read about it this morning:

FUCK THAT SHIT. A PC version is already 99% ready because of the way the arcade version works, but they won't release it because some people might pirate it (*GASP*), and they won't do a Steam-only release because it's "unfair to those who are unable to buy via Steam." With that logic, no one should ever release any PC game, and they should never have released it for 360 and PS3 because it's unfair to people who don't have those consoles. To reiterate:

FUCK. THAT. SHIT.
The funny thing is the piracy reason is not Capcom's fault, it's all at fault with GFWL since inputting any GFWL CD key allows you to play online as if you had a legit copy. Good job Microsoft. But if you actually look at the numbers. (Nearly 2 million on PC compared to just under a million on Xbox since that requires some technical knowledge to do instead of mount CD, install, bam)

So remember how the extra features of the Xbox version of Zeno Clash were going to come to the PC version after a while? May be quite a long while.
surprised this wasnt posted yet, blatantly stolen from ianki, i hope it's true

also just rewatched Memento, was awesome
Cool news to come away from...well, that game that shall not be discussed.

Character creation definitely was pretty awesome, even it did have a couple issues here and then, but something I'd lay more on the game itself than the artist.
PC Beta is up for 3 days for anyone that wants to play Medal of Honor starting Monday.  I bought it already cause I got that coupon from EA which took off nearly 20 bucks from the price and it gets me into the BF3 Beta when that comes out.  I don't think it'll be the best game just cause it doesn't have the destruction and scale of Bad Company 2 or the customization and variety of the upcoming CoD: Black Ops, but it should be a solid shooter no matter what.  It'll keep me entertained and that's all I can ask for as I play as either Marines or "Not-Taliban" Opposing Forces lol
So, everybody loves to hate on OnLive, well, they just did something pretty damn cool in my book. Those monthly fees? Dropped. As in, those monthly fees aren't happening anymore. As in, you buy your game and your good.

My connection isn't up to snuff, but that's a nice way to get things going.

Edit: They need to get into talking with Japan and Korea. This could explode there.
nice
I hope Onlive gets bought by Valve and integrated. I mean it's great tech to play PC games on mac and your tv, but other than that is it really worth tethering your games to an online service?
It's pretty neat being able to jump into any demo within 30 seconds or watch people playing any game. Wish my connection was a bit better.
idk if that'll happen in the states anytime soon, infrastructure just isn't there to support it. not on a huge scale anyways, i mean even steam goes down near a major tf2 update, imagine what it would be like if something like this were as common as cable tv (which blows dick btw)

it'd be pretty snazzy in select locales though, say whichever cities google decides to lay down free fiber in? giggidy

Yeah I want google fios in my town. or verizon fios. god dammit step up your game companies, i have a ton of customers at my day job that would switch to fios in a second as soon as it becomes available.
i am hoping the huge circle on google fiber's page in texas is austin and not dallas
so apparently there was a killing floor update 2 days ago

If you have bought Borderlands on Steam before the Game of the Year then you get first access to the Duke Nukem demo.
