I forgot to post this, but here is some shaky cam of Epic's demonstration of what they want games to look like in a few years. It currently runs on 3 GTX 580's, though they believe it isn't a stretch to say it could be done on one.

Things to notice are the use of bokeh to add realism to depth of field. Also observe the use of tessellation to make the gradual transformation in geometry of the man's face and body. That right there is what will be one of the biggest differences between this generation and the next.

just set them in the launch options for crysis 2, under the properties of it through steam.

So their plan to get Windows Live going for folks...is to make it Xbox Live? lol Yeah I guess if it leads to more games for the PC, sure, whatever, bring it on.
That...actually looks worse than when they were charging for Windows Live.
Battlefield 3 will feature maps tailor made to support large amounts of players on the PC. The console versions will have smaller versions of these maps.
Everybody who goes to the GamersGate facebook page and guesses the title of the blurred out game (Ukranian, takes place on an icebreaker, FPS) gets a free copy of The Oddboxx. Everybody who is right wins one and I think it can be registered on Steam. You've got about 15 hours. Spread it around.
