If you want it to play like unreal tournament '99, there should be no vehicles, and only interior maps, and only the game modes Team CTF, CTF, Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch.

UT2K4 was simply a blast in Onslaught mode, who didn't like rolling out in the Leviathan and shitting on everything for 3 minutes?
