The Dark Crystal - Landstriders
That movie! I think my childhood mind tried to block it out of memory.

Block it? Did it scare you as a kid?
I had no idea that 12 monkeys was a Terry Gilliam flick until like a year ago.
Watched Ali: Fear Eats the Soul
Pretty depressing movie about racism. Although it's not in-your-face about it, it clearly gets the message out that Germans don't like Arabs, and it's not nice about it.
Saw RED tonight. Was pretty let down, the movie had a few decent action scenes, but the rest of it was completely forgettable.

Here's the million dollar question though: Was it better than The Expendables? Both had old people in action roles, which one comes out on the slobbery, denture ridden top?

I thought Red was good enough for what it was. John Malkovich was great. Not sure it was better than The Expendables, probably because I have a soft spot for 80's action movies.

Season 4 is greater than Season 2
Regarding Dexter Season 2:

Watched the original Wolf Man tonight. Was alright I guess. Nothing great. Must of been pretty cool for it's time.

MUST. SEARCH. EVERY. PAGE.
RED seemed like it was off to a decent start, but horrible film quality (color kept dying out, almost thought the film was gonna jump the track) and horrible audience quality gave me cause to walk out around the point a conspiracy nut was standing in an aircraft hangar clutching a stuffed piggy while feeling sorry for himself. I think.
The relationship between Bruce Willis's character and the pension lady was good for laughs, and there were nice action scenes like a satisfying car-crash-counterattack bit from Willis.
I suppose it proceeded to a humorous and fulfilling climax? ??? Someone let me know please.
