HeK... Love your avatar.
Lol, most people don't noticed that it's animated.

I loved it the moment I saw Micheal J. Nelson.

Kor and Rummy should hook up.
They would make an ideal bromance, I will agree.

Thanks fellas, baring a passport and cash to toss around, I'd love to have the opportunity to make wildly inappropriate remarks around Rummy.
I'd be willing to pick up the bar tab just to watch that happen
I would drive to Phili (or Toronto) to watch this and split the bar tab with Atom.
And to Rummy's comment I second what Kor and Luin said and I don't think I could add anything additionally to their comments.
Good Luck :-*
Thanks, folks, for taking a stab at giving me what I need. To be sure, I was reluctant to stick it out there. After all, I had a good idea what the thrust would be like. I know it's cliche, but sometimes it really is harder than it looks. Alright, I'll try to stop banging on this topic for now. I think I've got it in hand. I'm going to print out this thread, just so I can whip it out if I need it later.
PS for the thread, Bump!
PPS Kor's advice, the abridged version, "GET YOUR POINT ON CUNT!"
PPPS another royalty check is sent to the great white north.
Ha, I love the seamless innuendo

Belated Rummy post:
Even though you are probably over the shitty situation previous, you probably haven't had time to discover what you want. Which means that your not likely to find lifelong romance now. It's probably better to be selfish for a bit and figure out what you want. As long as you are more or less up front about that, you have nothing to be guilty about.
So, funny story. It might be embarrassing if it wasn't so hilarious.
Remember....
...when I said I was getting a vibe that maybe she was a bit too cynical and hard to reach emotionally.
Whelp, today I get this e-mail.

All this on the table, I would still be totally interested in heading
to DC, blah blah bladi blah blah
Rummy, I am really sorry. You are such an amazing man, sweet, cute,
caring, I really don't know why I'm not feeling it right now, wish I
was
It's funny, when I got this I wasn't even upset. Kinda relieved, actually, that my gut instinct picked up something. So, it looks like my radar isn't completely off. May need some calibration, maybe better early detection, but not off.
For what it's worth, I told her "no thanks" on going to the concert. I said, "as a red blooded guy" it would be just awkward for us if she isn't into me. Well, I was more polite than that, as you know I can be, but that's the main point.
In other news, today I got a 1k work bonus, stepbrother is making progress on selling his house, and nerdy librarian set up a date for next week.
ALSO, who wants to see Jeff Tweedy next Tues night in DC? Tix would be on me, and if you're cute we can share the nonrefundable queen sized bed in a romantic B and B. Luckily, it's right near dupont circle, so they won't think twice about stereotyping us as gay. Which I'm not. I wouldn't even think to bang your bottom. Unless Kor told me I should.
totally would if i were near dc rummy

I'm thinking of trying to get an internship for the EFF. Only problem is it's on the other side of the country, it's not paid, and it's 10-14 weeks. I don't mind that it is a shit ton of work, but it might be hard to swing paying for it and being away from my wife for so long. But since I want to do internet law I can't think of a better place to go. Also I really like the EFF.
If you can land it (and figure out how to pay for it), I'd say go for it. Making contacts at a group like that will get you everywhere once you're done with law school.

I'm in DC, but I don't know who Jeff Tweedy is... [edit] wikipedia said he performed on Colbert... can't be that bad a guy then...
