You unlock them by crafting badges, its random drops

You can buy them on the market... the weed emoticon has spiked up to $40, and is currently holding in the mid-$20.  This will probably drive the value of the associated cards through the roof.  Which reminds me, I have the game, I need to play it.
it's only that expensive because barely anyone actually has that game

I think I have like 5 hours on it... I was recovering from my near death experience in Iowa and stuck in the hotel room.
Lady gaga got naked, went off the deep end, and made this video. NSFW

The Abramovic Method Practiced by Lady Gaga on Vimeo
meanwhile, in the land of dashcams..

it's like Just Cause 2.
I saw that the other day, and I could help but think- the guy filming is a fucking moron.  So, you see the canisters that only failed in a certain spot spinning around spewing fiery death, which should be concerning.  And you see the low inertia/high angle debris showering down somewhat close, which should also be concerning.  But what you're not seeing in the video is the tiny shrapnel with high inertia shooting off from the blasts- the couple cubic centimeter pieces of steel that are traveling and bullet like speeds that will tear right through you if you're in the way.

So remember kiddies!  If you see an explosion involving metals getting blown apart, get the fuck away (far away), or get behind cover.  And don't peak your head out to watch.

This boys and girls, is what you call a BLEVE (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion). Essentially, whatever was in those canisters started boiling inside and the pressure overcame what the containers could withstand and KABOOM.

You fight those by putting what are called monitor streams on the container (or containers) in question and keep the heat down. Incident like this though, you set your trucks up to cover your guys and use the deck guns if they can get that far.

The real reason cool guys don't look at explosions.

I'll be interested in seeing what kind of sales jump that game gets due to getting the most desirable emoticon.
So I've had a couple of interviews in Boston over the last two days.  Yesterday's didn't work out (stupid linear programming optimization problems) but I really feel like I hit today's technical interview out of the park.  Except for the part where I thought the interview was at 2:30 and it was actually at 2.  At least I was early for when I thought I was supposed to arrive :-\

2:30 is when you go to the Chinese dentist.
This SFM is shockingly well done.  Valve themselves couldn't have done better.

Finally decided to check out Tapatalk for my Nexus 7, and it turns out Tapatalk 4 is only a dollar this week. Lucky timing. Really nice app, too.
