I'm trying to look at em objectively and those shoes are just terrible. They kinda say "I'm trying to hard to be edgy" which means you aren't. Sorry turtle.
the best pair of shoes you will ever wear go by the brand name of merrel
my Dr Martens are pretty good...
Keeps my toesies nice and warm in the winter, and it's a pretty great skate shoe too (really light, tough bottom sole). My last pair of shoes had 3 holes on the left side, and 2 holes on the right side before i decided i needed a new pair...haha

I thought these were a trend in the homosexual community?

Shoes are my IRL hats. I have too many of them. And I actually do know what I am talking about when it comes to clothing/accessories.

They are uber comfy, and help me on my everyday walk.
Own a pair. They are super comfy, but my pair is due for a replacement soon... :-\

Most comfortable flip flops I ever owned.
However, my footwear of choice are Pumas... The ones that are racing shoe derivatives. Look great, super light, good support, and are comfortable despite having practically no cushioning.
I am a hillbilly. I prefer no shoes at all if the weather permits. There is no better driving shoe to me than none.

A lot of people run in these now. From what they told me it's better for you to run barefoot because that's how the body was designed, but if you are too much of a pansy to do that then you wear these.
Yeah but I can't wear them at work unless they've got steeltoes.
I would love to see the design for those with steeltoes.

need to think outside the box a bit.
i saw this product demo of this orange non-newtonian liquid that nullified kinetic energy when it was struck.
a covering of that over the top would do the trick.

That reminds me, my next pair of shoes were going to be cheap driving shoes, one pair of shoes ago.
Not spending $100 on shoes, but know anything about DC's driving shoes?

Bleh. I could never do that. I drove my car exactly once barefoot (because I didn't realize how hard it was to move the clutch with flip flops...) and the dirty mat felt so gross that I just dealt with the clutch after that.
Keep in mind I vacuum my floor mats pretty frequently, since most of my friends are slobs (Spore's not really bad, especially when you take into account a few of the other ones...).
I don't know if I just don't notice or if my car mats aren't dirty, but seriously I never notice it.
