I was just thinking of getting something like that, but I wanted to be able to listen to NPR. Does it do anything besides Pandora?

It does shoutcast, and many other things... and I'm not sure how but HeK made it play our own playlists from the house somehow.

[/quote]If today were payday, I would buy two. I was seriously shopping for an internet radio device & fm radio for my kitchen just yesterday while I was at work. So this is both kinda creepy and kinda awesome.

I wonder if I should get a second one for the garage...


It has hundreds of apps and plugins. I know there was an NPR (non-live feed) app at one point. It also has a built in radio tuner.

[/quote]Have you seen the third-party ones? I'm tempted to pick up the 8" one, although the 3.5" is almost identical to the 'official' Chumby One, for only $50 (as opposed to the $80 shipped I just dropped).

Racked my brain trying to figure out a SIGEV and SIGABRT error in my app that started appearing in devices running 4.2, turns out apple applied a hoxfix to iOS last night to fix a memory leak issue when the home button was pressed. This fixed the issue.

A few minor things to clean up, then publish \o/

Turns out my first paycheque was short a day, so I make more money than initially anticipated.

Interpol concert in Chicago this weekend was incredible.

I had an amazing weekend, we randomly went to the gulf and got an island tour and then the next day I took me and my wife to a wine and chocolate tasting that was pretty awesome.
