You have to make sure that you talk to crow about it a lot and make him watch it with you.

I agree on both counts. Awesome game but there needs to be time control.
We have been making a robotic arm to help feed someone with ALS and we have just presented a prototype to a good chunk of people, including our principal with ALS. He was so emotional right before he tried it out because he was so happy we were doing what we could to help him. Made me so happy to see that.

Woke up. Decided I wasn't going to sit in front of computer all day, drove 45 minutes with top down, hiked all day, came back, bought small Christmas tree to brighten barracks room. Now, if only I had beer.Â

The fact that we're trying to run ours like a BUSINESS (usps.com) instead of a GOVT SERVICE (usps.gov) is just retarded IMO.

Compared to Canada Post, USPS is amazing.
~1 week from anywhere to the Canadian border, 1-3 week delay at customs, 1-3 week delivery within Canada.
Anything less then six weeks shipping is normal.
This is why I have items shipped to the border and I drive across.

you guys don't have private postal/package services?
(12-07-2011, 02:31 PM)matter11 link Wrote: [ -> ]you guys don't have private postal/package services?
UPS/FedEx service Canada, its just the amount they charge for anything cross border is obscene. For me to mail a regular hat in the US, costs like $8 UPS, $1.50 - 2.50 with the USPS, $5 USPS if i want priority and a tracking number.
If I want to ship even a damned parcel overseas or even to Canada it gets ridiculous. Example I made a prof. layton hat, put it in a box for Australia.
UPS Price - $200
USPS - $15
I shit you not, that much of a difference. I also shipped a snivy tail I made to a buyer in Australia, 5 day rush, for $45, they probably would have wanted like $350+ from UPS.
For as much as people bitch about the postal service, try living in a world with just UPS / FedEx, it would be horrible
Not to mention the brokerage fees.
UPS charges a 'handling' fee of %50 of the declared value of the item,
plus taxes
plus the duty owed to customs.
Or I could clear the item myself and get it three times faster and pay 1/10th the amount.
FYI: To broker an item in the USA, you must be a
registered import broker agent.
In Canada, you have to be a Canadian resident.
I've been lifting for a few months now and started doing ab exercises. I've started to incorporate the formerly absent fruit and vegetable groups in my diet. Went on the bike after weights today for the second time and I feel fantastic right now. The goal of abs is getting that much closerÂ

Squats bench deadlift
that's all you need to do for weightlifting
also, a proper diet is pretty much 90 percent of weight management
also, you can't target where you want to lose fat. deal with it.

That's why I'm trying to lose all the fat. I do bench and a lot of free weights with a few machines. For my legs I only do unweighted squats/jumps/horses and calisthenics
barbell squats for the ass of the gods.
