LOL @ fat lawyer pay - although I did get more than I was expecting. I will be making enough to not be poor in a middle-class area. Although I'm kinda tossing around the idea of being an adjunct professor for some extra cash and to dip my toes in the academic pool.
Town got a sonic and I went there for the first time. Crispy tater tots + 1/2 price shakes = happiness.

Had an interview this morning at a small pharmaceutical manufacturer with a manager followed by the CEO and got a job offer on the spot. Position isn't terribly exciting, but the pay is fair for an entry level position and will increase in a few months. There seem to be opportunities for diagonal movement up the company ladder as well if I stick with it.
So I guess I'm now talking to two companies in Boston (as opposed to the zero in my homestate.)
