"Hi
SaxxyNeil, I think it's great entertainment that Gingrich won. The freak show continues. Dad."
I love when my dad texts me. Doesn't happen often, but it always brightens my day
Had to shop at Walmart yesterday, which I generally try to avoid. But, my friend needed some stuff there.
As we wander near the electronics and games... I see that they have Dance, Dance Revolution for the 360 plus a Konami controller for $15.
I bought two.
Woooo I fucking missed this game! And to make it better, HeK says he can get Stepmania working on the media pc, which is one million times better than the actual 360 version of DDR.
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Ha ha! I knew you'd notice.
Also as of today I've lost 15 pounds. Time to keep going... quite a bit more to go.

great job! this year I've lost 10 pounds and put on a good amount of muscle
also if you're only doing cardio for weight loss you should include some weight training, it increases your metabolism activity a lot.
I actually managed to lose about 20 pounds in fall of 2010 and was starting to exercise regularly. Unfortunately, I caved in around Christmas time and have never really gotten back on track. I tried during the summer, but that didn't work out well.
I'm just going to point anyone who needs help with fitness/weight management to go check out the
r/fitness FAQ
Read it. There's too many misconceptions thrown around by media that people accept as true. Then they fail 2 months after they started and wonder what they did wrong. I'm not pointing at a specific person here, I just know that someone will learn from this.

That would be me, 30 years old, no license or car, cycling is way more practical here.

It all makes sense now.
They do have that 2:1 bike to person ratio....or was it 3:1. A useless fact I learned in my Dutch history class.
But Amsterdam, that sounds like a great place to live. (and I could join my friend on the national ultimate frisbee team
)

[/quote]It's a nice place to visit, too. Especially since there's a brewery right around the corner from where Ain lives. And the brewery? It's in a fucking windmill. Right on a canal. I challenge you to get more dutch than that.
