Got my Launchpad
Pop Culture - Madeon (Cover)
So many people covering that song with that gear, is it the demo that it comes with?

Nah, but he posted the breakdown of it, how to load the sixteen pop songs into the sampler, and filmed himself using his new sponsored gear.
I can only imagine when people know you have that gear they say "WHOA CAN YOU DO THAT MADEON SONG?"
Got a fuckin' fantastic deal on a new set of break pads, a front rotor, and an oil change. Dude only charged 40 bucks for like 3 hours labor, too.
Got myself nearly a full faction for Warmachine today for only $330.

I actually like your version better! 2:30-2:35, intentional?

Well normally madeon would do his whole synth solo so I just improv'd there. s'why its a little repetitive there, but yea. Thanks
Found a soda that tastes like Surge did! ;D
So got my new clutch cable in today (one day shipping time!) and judging by the length of this one, the one I ordered from badger cycle was way too short. They gave me the incorrect cable and it snapped because of it, turns out I stopped shopping there for a good reason.
Went into the liquor store today for the first time to pick up a bottle of wine.
Cashier didn't even card me.

No one is.
I haven't had a beard in over three years, and still it lives in infamy.Â
it detached and lives on, like Shatner's toupee.
Crow, you look exactly like Gordito from Dr. Mcninja in that picture. Just white.
My message is delivered, my mission complete.

That mustache is the best.
I want to blame Hek for this in the most indirect way possible because he got me interested in the game.
So yesterday, my wife and I had a friend visit. We hadn't seen her in years and she was going to be in the area. She also happens to be my ex-girlfriend. We hang out, wander around the capital region of NY State, and we end up playing Cards Against Humanity in the coffee shop of Barnes and Noble. The whole thing was funny and immensely entertaining. We're even going to Staples, tomorrow, to get our own set of cards. Even the part in the middle was so awkward that it was funny.
I flip the black card: "What ended my last relationship?".
I carefully don't look at either of the girls I've ever had a relationship with, slide the card onto the bottom of the deck, and draw a new one. They laughed which, in hindsight, was better than any other reaction I could have gotten.
Had the Cake Day celebrations yesterday, hilarity had by all. We went to go see 90% of Dark Knight Rises. Theater was having issues with the massive T-Storm outside, power goes out the first time, there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth. My brother, sister and I discuss the hilarity of the first-world problems, the movie resumes a few minutes later. Just before the end and epilogue, power goes out a second time. Nothing compares to the sound of 150 people in emotional agony. There's much laughter to be had, but only more comedy is added when the women's washroom floods out. An exodus of the newly made man-made lake is ordered at this point, free movie passes for all! But the gold doesn't stop there, dear reader, upon reaching my sisters car to head out for dinner, the most singularly exasperated man I've ever seen runs up to me and breathlessly, desperately asks: "Where is the nearest theater?". Informing him is was just 20 minutes down the road, my sister had to add: "You won't be able to use that free pass for Dark Knight, they never let people use free passes on new releases." This man was holding all the shattered pieces of emotional well-being in his hands when he asked me where that next theater was, my sister just straight-up slapped that shit out of his hands. I could not but laugh when we got into the car afterwards.Thinking the greatness of the day could not have been added to, we roll up to a favourite pub spot of mine, ordered a pint, and had to served to me by 5'8''s of 36D in a V-neck, in all of her red-headed glory. Meal was great, she was great, family was great. My god, a cake day to remember.
@Kor: That sounds amazingly awesome, stories like that are the best.
My day, made:
