I'm so glad I'm changing over to law.
Eh. Caff has a Masters in it, and I actually enjoy Finance (I read about it in my spare time). I would think that 90%+ of all financial jobs donât involve this level of complication (mortgage loan applications, small business underwriting, teller, etc).
It would be like you talking to me about Jurisprudence, Tort Theory, or Intellectual Property law. I know about it in the âlol I read John Grisham novelsâ sense, and trying to discuss case law semantics with me would be a waste of time.
âbut donât you see Luke, the whole key to my argument is the
mens rea of his actions, not the crime itselfâ
Uh what  ???

I honestly am interested in things like that, I dunno why I decided to make this change so late. Mostly I just like getting into intellectual arguments though. Also I guess I will have to finally learn some latin :-\

I know a lot of attorneys. Almost all Legal work is creating documents and proofreading. Even the most high-end, Vault-10 kind of firms is collaboration on a single document. That means in a 200-300 page document, you have 50 or so individuals all writing different pieces, and then another group coming in and cleaning up loop-holes and mistakes.
That is working for a law firm. I have a great example of the above kind of document if you want to see it (a public document).
If you are working for a corporation, you are going to be filling out a lot of forms. Corporations all over the world send out BOATLOADS of these, I get the distinct displeasure of having to read them:

I mean if you really want to debate ideas, getting a Masterâs in Philosophy may be more fun. If you want to succeed in Law, you need to be either one greedy son of a bitch, or you adore proofreading. Original ideas and concepts in Law are left to a few shining star Clerks to SOTUS.
If you really want to learn what lawyers talk about, read this blog every single day:
