Went to the corn "maze" today with the whole family. It was clearly aimed at kids but it was still a nice afternoon out. I saw my brother's new house as well, which was cute.
Also, of course, Thanksgiving dinner number one is out of the way and was delicious. Tomorrow, we do it all over again!
My nieces and I are tearing down the old shelter I made when I was still a kid on the farm: it was a shelter made of all fallen trees and branches. It was never a livable place, but it could have been. It's fallen apart in the last fifteen or so years and now my nieces are helping me tear it down and start it again. Won't be able to finish before we leave, but still.

While she was building this, her brother and I took a 10 foot solid fiberglass satellite dish and aimed it at her from across a field.
We were 'whispering into her ear' from several hundred feet away.
Was gifted Binding of Isaac. Made my day. ;D
I SWEAR I WILL BEAT THIS FUCKING GAME

I love my fingerprint reading laptop.
what happens if you severely burn your finger and get a new print? or is that just an urban legend?
[/quote]
A 3rd degree will roast off your fingerprints, but for your prints to not grow back, there needs to be extremely serious flesh damage. Like there is no flesh.
Then I just A) Use another fingerprint because this is the laptop I used to bring to work and my fingers could be dirty at any given time so I logged all my fingers.
or
B) Just type in the password and reset the burned print.

Some barn in the middle of nowhere DeKalb, operation run by some dude who does a damn good job of it.
We even got posters. Our first venue posters, actually.
What a fantastic day.
Scan/post a pic of the poster?

Dekalb as in Dekalb, Illinois? If so where'd you play? I used to live there.

Yeah. Independent Rock Barn, kind of out in the middle of nowhere considering it's DeKalb. It was pretty cool, the guy running it brewed his own beer for the bands that played there and he does it yearly I guess.

Yeah I can do that, it'll take a little bit cause I need to reinstall drivers for my printer on top of school stuff I still have to do.
DeKalb...Wait, where did you play? I thought most of DeKalb was uninhabitable because of all the corn taking over the lands.
Motherboard replacement came from ASUS.
It all works now, and I can run tf2 with a maxquality cfg at a smooth fps that looks nice
I don't crash from nosteamlogon and my mic works.
Its gonna feel sooo good to call things out again.
Go out to the bars with my buddy last night
drink a little bit too much
open wallet to find 100 bucks in there
yeah, just wait until you find the ATM receipt...
$100 for ATM is a bargain.
Are you sure you didn't mug someone?
