Yesterday completed 6 days in a row at the gym, two lifting, ~55mi of biking. Going to try to keep this a trend through the summer.
you don't need to work out that much. You have to give your body time to heal/repair.  Trust me on this.Â

Eh, the cardio days aren't super hard, I limit myself to ~60 min when doing cardio, ~30-40min when doing lifting. I'm not working myself to the point of exhaustion or anything.

Eh, the cardio days aren't super hard, I limit myself to ~60 min when doing cardio, ~30-40min when doing lifting. I'm not working myself to the point of exhaustion or anything.

Toning doesn't exist. Working out and lifting weights has two effects entirely depending on your diet: Losing overall bodyfat or gaining lean muscle. Unless you're fairly overweight it's almost impossible to do both at the same time.

As long as the training is varied in type and intensity you can.
Obviously it's a
terrible great idea to do a 5 a week session of only 10x10 max weight squats, but if you want to train every day, that's ok. You're just going to have to eat more.
