I have to admit,  thought it was going to be some bullshit 'merica second amendment showcase. It's nice to know there's just people that enjoy guns without being the psychotic guns = freedom types. The reaction when he fired the anti-tank gun was priceless.

Just a few things that happened lately that have definitely made my mood better:

• Got job offer from a company that seemed a lot better than where I was at.
  
• Quit crappy job
  
• In my month of notice time, I already had 3 weeks off approved
  
• Vacation money got paid in that same month.
  
• New job turns out to be awesome.
  

It's been a good three months.

Pubstomping, MGE, Planetside, and then went clubbing in SF. My legs are sore and I'm still nodding to the beat.

My sister sent me a $20 groupon for Threadless.  For no reason at all.  ;D

Yesterday I played a massive game of Warhammer 40k (Free-for-all Apocalypse Style) with the other people in my Escalation League this summer, was a great meet & greet.

Then about half of that group came back to my place to roll our characters for the Black Crusade campaign we're going to do this summer as well. I'm super pumped, although I've got to write a paragraph of backstory for my Heretek. That's cool though because I've been working on something ever since my friends mentioned wanting to run a 40k RPG, so I think I've got it handled.

And my girlfriend (chef) cooked us schnitzel & german potato salad, to feed all of us + her + one of her friends from high school who's visiting.

Was a good day.
