This song is relevant to quite a few BRBUers.
I can't help but wonder if the beat from that song was re-appropriated from another song. This is going to bother me.
After a long longly time, I finally have a gaming capable PC again. Waiting for GPU prices to come down paid off, and I installed my $300 Sapphire 7950 yesterday, completing my new computer I built back in May.
Final specs are
Cooler Master CM690II case
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 mobo
Intel I5 2500k @ 4ghz Offset mode OC, voltage tops at 1.24ish. (Ivy Bridge just was out when I got this, but NewEgg was overcharging for the 3570k when they launched)
Hyper 212+ Heatsink
G. Skill Ripjaws 2x4GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Sapphire AMD 7950 Dual-X @ 1000/1250, stock voltage
Crucial M4 128GB SSD Install drive (having an SSD is so sweeeeeeet)
Some crappy old 160GB HDD holding my Steam and junk until I get a proper storage drive
Only using the stock case fans, and put dryer sheets over the unused side fan vents. Temps haven't gone much above high 50's/low 60's on the CPU or GPU under load so far. Can't hear the computer at all and NO dust get's inside. Gonna start it out playing Dark Souls, Black Mesa, and the free copy of Sleeping Dogs that came with the video card.Â
MAXlander is now in UGC plat
So we're pretty much all ready to go for week long Canada motorcycle trip to Ottawa on the 8th next month, and then Rusko and Knife party in Chicago on the 26th and 27th. Gonna be a good month.
Had another Fallout adventure tonight.
This time one of the vault dweller's bartered their tongue away for a stimpak, then the group bought a slave. All after fighting off an attack by some
Wolverines

Will do. I have a feeling that a lot of the week is going to be spent intoxicated. Also, I'm going to bring up CAH and both expansions.

I watched/listed to this video while I was studying for my cert exam and it actually popped into my head while I was taking the exam.
Mom sent me a $20 check in the mail.

http://youtu.be/S4SAzCIkpUk I know what I'm doing when I get home.
I hit play and one thing lead to another and that's how I ended up watching the whole movie.
Got my first check since I started driving for First Transit, 1 week of driving on the check and it was 700 bucks
DDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Also I just ordered GlowSticks to give to kids for Halloween. It seemed to be a big hit last year, I ordered enough so every kid can have one.
Got an internship for a film my school is shooting.Â
Scrimmed against brb.u highlander team, on their level.
Not on my main class; I was supposed to just spec our backup engie, but I wound up getting drafted to sub for other people with bad internets.
Committed to going back to school last night. Applied to UW-Madison for a major in Computer Engineering for the 2013 Fall semester. Might go for a double major with Electrical Engineering depending on the overlap. It's gonna be expensive, but luckily my dad is unemployed and my mom runs a small town dive bar, so FAFSA throws loan money at me.
My art class has 10 people in it and the instructor seems like she's been around long enough to know what she's doing. This means shit might actually get done during class time.
So, I entered a Team Programming Competition, basically for resume filler and free pizza.
Turns out I'm really good for breaking down problems and explaining it in pure English to better programmers.
Because of this, we won. Now I get to go to Sackville, NB on my unis dime for some Regionals.

Well, considering Computer Scientists with communication skills are like #1 on the list of people companies want to hire, sounds like you just found a way to kick your resume to the top of any stack.
