Today I got:
A hug from a four year old and a storytime mug as a thank you for having a fun storytime.
Today I learned:
My job provides random moments of warm fuzzies that lull me into a false sense of contentment over what I do. Â However, it was awesome to feel so appreciated.
I passed my driving test. ;D

Here you have to drive for a year with a parent in the car before you can get a real license.

A local D&D group called me up to see if I want to join.
They might not accept me though since I don't know enough and they are all more advanced than me.

When they call they have no idea of my experience and if I'll fit with the group. They just want to ask questions first.
Based on their email, I'm not likely going to be a good fit.

There's a local game shop with a sign up sheet. If you're looking for a group, you sign up. People call you if they're interested. It's the second call I got; the first one was literally as we were leaving for christmas vacation. I asked them to call back at a better time and they never did.
