So it took 11 hours on a plane and my body thinks it's 4 in the morning but I am finally back in the United States. 13 weeks is a very long time to be away from home.

Had enough calories left over to have a two scoops of my favorite ice cream. First sweet I've had in, like, a month.
I graduate law school on Friday and I'm done with all my work.

brbu's population continues to achieve. Â
You know, in a couple years, we might actually have to start directing all the collective expertise we're developing towards something.Â

Tl;DR Justin Bieber and his entourage were acting fools around Dubai, the police got fed up with it and impounded all his cars and may or may not have confiscated his passport. He's being fined $160,000. He wasn't arrested after the concert due to unknown reasons but the cars that were impounded are from a rental car company that's part of a sheikh's family.
So, he pissed off a sheikh.
The best comment: Didn't witness this however my colleague watched him exit from backstage on his Segway, through waiting police and he crouched down hugging the base of the Segway in some sort of submissive posture then pounced into a waiting truck to leave the venue. They opted not to arrest him for reasons unknown at the moment. Most likely cause the sheikh's daughter was in attendance. More to follow
yeah I was reading that.
Don't get me wrong, I have great dislike Justin Bieber. But yeah, I dislike Dubai more, and would only wish my worst enemy into their custody as an excuse to go fuck them up, in order to liberate my worst enemy, so that I might fuck him up myself.Â
Saved myself $60 installing my BlackVue camera myself, actually pretty proud of how it turned out. Should've taken pictures of the process, although I'll probably take pictures tomorrow now that it's done. The power to the camera itself is a bit of a kludge to keep from voiding the warranty by cutting up the adapter, but once I'm satisfied with how it's functioning I'll trim that back and tuck the splice away behind the dash.
Spent the evening with my subwoofer on my lap, routing & gluing cabling for the trunk light mod I'm working on. Will probably work on the control box (switch for red/white) tomorrow evening, splice it into the trunk light and take pictures.
Next up after this is finding a badge-mount motorized backup camera and figure out a way to mount that. To my knowledge nobody has done this on my model yet, but the more I dig into it the more I realize that's probably because there's an easier way to do it.
yes, but when are you adding the retarded ground effect lights? Â

Never. If the car itself were purple, I'd put a Vanu hood ornament and purple ground effect lights on it, though.

That shouldn't be too hard
If you pay for the entire thing, I'll paint my car dark purple.

I recently did some trunk lighting in my car. I use some of those LED strips that come in rolls and stuck them on this recessed lip. I'll put up some pictures tomorrow.
