I'm tired from taking a short shift at work(The dinner rush and I had to hit the ground running) and my online environmental biology class is kicking my ass.

looking at my calendar, since the beginning of August, I've spent a grand total of 9 days at home. Out of 50.
I quit my job, found another, Ain is leaving his, you should continue the trend
I'm tempted to. I'm not getting paid enough for this bullshit, and my boss agrees.

I went back to school because I hated my job and I love it, even though I might be working harder.

Hahahaha nah,m in the end that website didn't shipped to Chile. But i did stayed at my gf's apt last night and had lotsa sex.
I have 2000$ saved, but those are for something important, like a trip or a car. Next week i'm buying an old and fixed mini cooper (like i said on IRC, i've got a thing for old cars). The rest is to be able to survive until i gwet another job (hopefully on Journalism this time :<).
Oh, this is the FML thread.
uuh.. after staying on my gf's apt i had to wait for her to finish her classes. It's been over 5 hours and i'm too shy to open Steam on her school's library because there's people studying everywhere and i'll just feel lazy and awkward.
I'm bored :<
Two property classes tomorrow which means my whole night is going to be preparing for one class, which means god I hope I don't get called on in any other. Oh and then next week I get three torts classes in one day!

Fell asleep at 12 doing homework.
Woke up at like 4:30 and now doing a project in about two hours that was due three weeks ago. I dunno how this is going to turn out.
I wasted >12 hours yesterday between 9 hours of meetings, then a break, another 4 hours of forced socialization with co-workers.
- No I do not want to make idle chit chat, or at least 4 hours worth with people 10+ years older than me
- No, I don't care about who is better the Bears or the Packers, no I dont want to talk about that as the focus of conversation for 4 hours
- Should you really be drinking that much
- Fuck it, I'm not having a drop tonight
- Oh, I get to DD a bunch of sloshed 40 year olds, great
Now, I get to do it all over again...today!

Caff, you are the very bottom rung of what appears to be an awesome ladder.Â
You should've just brought up how much the Patriots suck, that would've been the end of it.
And yeah, sounds like most workplaces, honestly. Learning to socialize with people you have absolutely nothing in common with, just to build professional connections (and relieve boredom), is actually a pretty useful skill.
Yea...Ill take a pass on that, Id rather be know for the good job I do rather than how many shots I pound back.
Work is for work, nothing more (IMO)
That's my point - it's not work. It's also not a drinking contest, so you're not required to pound shots. However, alcohol is a great social lubricant.
sounds like my family gatherings, either i hang out with the adults that are 20 years older than me or hang out with all the kids who haven't hit puberty
