All I can say is, it's fine for me. I have a lot of internet friends who wound up here in the 90s so we all look out for each other; I would always have a couch to crash on if it ever really got bad. I also have a lot of experience in tech support, IT and customer service, and I can wear a tie and get up at 6:00 every day if I have to, which makes up for my lack of degree. Even so, I spent 13 months on the sidelines drawing unemployment insurance in '09.
5 AM, my creative muscle just kicked in, after a long block. I got work today and i need sleep to be able to withhold choking customers.
Rock and a hard place.
Edit: And now I think I just walked through a spiderweb in the room where i sleep. As an paranoia-driven arachnophobe, I now can't sleep. At all. Ever again.

Also I was diagnosed with Anemia today. Which would explain the whole progressively looking more like I'm about to die thing. Along with loss of muscle mass, sleeping 14 hours a day, constant fatigue and complete loss of any concentration. My list of conditions and diseases is growing bigger 8)

@Versus. Yeah, the two big one's that are a hassle for me are the type 1 diabetes and celiacs disease (can't eat wheat, rye, barley and oats). I've got a bunch of other things such as insufficient enzyme production but that doesn't really affect my every day life.
@Crow. You're right, it's really not that bad. I'm just more annoyed that It's easily fixed and monitored but I've been living three years with it now. Also versus is right it does wonky things with my blood sugar and makes staying fit difficult since I get winded after half an hour at the gym.
@Merc. All I remember is that I have to kill Alexander, the baron of Brennenburg Castle.
