I forgot my Steam password. And to reset it, I need to answer this super secret question: "What did you last reset your Steam password to?" Don't remember that either. FFFFUUUUU
Not My life, but damn that blows
I have spent the afternoon trying to find a working IDE cdrom drive in my house.
So far I have found four spares, one doesn't read discs, two have dead motors and the fourth doesn't respond at all.
I am one step away from taking apart a USB drive with a missing power supply....

WTF do you need an IDE CD-ROM drive for? Can't you just rip an ISO of whatever on a working PC and run with that?
do you have a specific room for the boneyard or is it just kinda... out there around the house?Â
And I have a spare IDE dvd drive.Â

So it turns out the girl I've been talking to is almost 18.
Of course I she tells me today that she has a boyfriend.
More likely to lead to drama than a no. I clicked really well with 2 girls that then informed me they had boyfriends and "they were confused," etc. I'd still avoid it.

oh i understand
i'm not planning on pursuing it any further but she seems interested in me so i'm just going to let things play out

yeah so i guess she's into computers
if she goes ahead and tells me she plays FPS games i'm going to make this my first FML

I moved and since then cannot find my good Pioneer IDE DVDRom I use for such tasks.
I ended up taking apart a Yamaha F1 DiscT@2 drive.
I was checking my boneyard and I, too, have a couple spare IDE DVD-ROM & DVD-RW drives.

He should of just bought the fucking sweater.
Yeah, it would've been harder explaining why he didn't have it if she thought he'd bought it.
My internet blows. No TF2.
my cat has disappeared in 12 degree weather. I love him, but goddamn you are dumb for going out in this shit.

Kitty will be fine. Ours survive the -40 weather as well if they have to. They find somewhere sheltered and warm and they take care of themselves.
There are two stray dogs and two stray cats living in the area around my apartment. I haven't seen either of the cats in a few weeks, and I know for a fact that one of them goes inside a neighbor's apartment when the weather is bad, but I feel bad for the dogs
They both have collars but won't come near people
There's plenty of fresh pawprints (we had a snowstorm two days ago) and he's the only cat that can climb over our fence. (seriously he climbs this and there's no handles on it and he's declawed, I've no idea how he does it. it's also a 7 foot tall fence.) there were tracks going into our garage and under our deck but I didn't see him under there or in the garage. other tracks I found lead to the neighbor's house. apparently I'm not outside when he is. he may survive, but he's still dumb.
