Yeah, not going to be taking drugs for sleep, but if I do, I'll be sure to grind them up and snort them for maximum effectiveness. This doesn't happen on a regular basis, but when it does, it's pretty shitty. What makes it worse is that my roommate woke up at 2AM, an hour into an already painful "get the fuck to sleep to stop the shitty internal dialogue" process, completely resetting it. That desklamp he uses felt like a goddamn searchlight.

Oh well. Nap time today!

i had problems almost nightly falling asleep at my "regular" time. it's hard to not fall asleep when your body is spent.

Pretty much failed a test I thought I was well-studied for. Really stressed because a whole bunch of stuff is due soon.

FML thread is for everything from the genuine issues to the absurd idiosyncrasies. It's not a place for sarcasm, tactless humour, or bickering.

Karth, if there's anything I've learned so far at college, it's how to not give a fuck and just do what I need to.

lifting helps regulate my eating schedule a lot but nothing makes me sleepy like playing football.

Also running!  Lift weights and then run for half an hour, feels good man.  Bonus points if it was a leg workout before the run Big Grin
Speaking of lifting weights, My body-builder friend gave me a pack of his pre-workout super energy drink stuff and its a thousand times stronger than any energy drink ive ever drank. Im fucking wired. Off the walls fucked.

I used "jack3d" for a while and it substantially increases your rep limit. I didn't feel the stimulant buzz like other people who have used it have but I stopped because of some negative things I heard. I jsut use whey protein now and am considering creatine.
