Seeing how many graphical instances of TF2 my PC could run when I overloaded the breaker for this room. The fuck kind of apartment uses 15A for every circuit?! My primary PSU pulls 12A for gods sake.
That is code for most places. You may see some 20A in kitchens.
20-amp outlets generally look like this:

Thanks for the mini-lesson, but I didn't attend electrical class for two years for nothing. 20A is pretty standard on new construction nowadays, 15A isn't used as much in the US. Also it's perfectly acceptable to put 15A plugs on a 20A circuit provided there is more than one of them, this is also standard. Duplex receptacles count.
My surprise is the fact
every circuit in here save the major 4 appliances is 15A, there's no 20A circuits anywhere. My house is over 30 years old and every branch circuit is 20A.
I suppose I'm slightly spoiled having 5 20A branches run from the breaker box to my room at home though, but still. If I had a 800 watt PSU I could overload this breaker without needing any monitors hooked up.

Omg, traffic. My 7 hour drive is going to take 10+
Such a horrible day. 8 hours at work. People are such slobs and don't care about anyone else. Because of people's carelessness I almost took a face-first dive down a 20 foot staircase and spilled someone else's soda that I was cleaning up on my nicest clothes and my $300 watch from Switzerland. On top of it all found out the girl I'm interested in is already taken.
[EDIT] also my cat that I've had for about 8 years has been gone for two days and was probably eaten by coyotes.
work, do work, watch bombers lose, followed by more work
first world problems
I'm starting a job.
I was about to run out of Unemployment Insurance.
I didn't have enough left in the account for two weeks.
Well, I got my claim form. They rounded my available amount down to one week.
I'm going to be short with the rent Friday. Â :o

I really think it's that i haven't been able to pick up a chick every time i go out. i know that i'm not like super attractive but i'm at least average and i'm not a huge fucking jerk. whatever i guess maybe i should just give up on caring. there's always porn i guess.
it's just kinda hard to give a shit about life when you don't have anything to care for or believe in. i'm not going to be a part of anything important in my life and if i dissapeared now no one would fucking notice.
lifting makes me feel good but it's just damn hard to motivate myself sometimes.
Friendly advice from someone who really shouldn't give advice on this, but I think the problem is you trying to pick up chicks in a bar. Not that all chicks who hang out in bars are any specific stereotype, I just feel like you're more likely to click with someone who shares at least one interest with you off the bat (like at a club or workplace or whatnot).

Trade in the Ford and join us Bavarians. We will welcome you with open arms.......and sturdy transmissions.
batman was crashing. steam validate game files
entire game redownloads
run game after it finishes downloading. game crashes even faster this time
verify again
entire game starts redownloading.
go to update display drivers thinking that is the cause
installer just sits there and doesn't finish installing drivers. i cancel it and restart my system. windows doesn't report a driver installed
go on an hour long process of trying to install display drivers.
go to the catalyst install manager in control panel and do an express uninstall of every ati software
restart computer
driver is magically loaded
i'm now trying to update my drivers again and it's just sitting there.
is it confused that I have 4 hard drives? I don't fucking get it. and this fucking pinched nerve isn't making anything better in this situation.
i'm about ready to format this drive and reinstall windows.
after five minutes the installer package says it's done, with errors. click on log. driver status > failed
i'm going to let steam try to update my driver and see what happens. maybe it will be half as good at doing this as it is at installing batman properly
installer from steam actually finished after ten minutes
except now i'm stuck back on 800x600 with no display driver installed
i've never been so frustrated with a computer before. even when i was working with linux.
I FINALLY GOT TO PLAY AND NOW I HAVE TO GO TO BED FOR WORK!!!!
LET'S HOPE IT WORKS TOMORROW WHEN I GET HOME

Ford's the best, don't trade.
I got Deus Ex: Human Revolution on Black Friday, but I won't have any free time to play it until the semester's over. I just realized that at that point I'll be at home with only my laptop, which definitely cannot run it. So I won't be able to play it for over a month.
