fuck dumbasses who strip screws. that is all. thanks for making something that should be super easy extremely aggravating.
We had this new 2LT in our shop for a few months.... at one point he stripped a T25 screw on a hard drive......
How do you fucking strip a stainless steel torx screw?
Using a flathead driver and some elbow grease. I can't count the number of times I've seen the T10's on my industrial PCs stripped by end users trying to service shit inside of them (they aren't kidding when they say 'no user-serviceable parts inside', btw)
I just (mostly) finished my second all-nighter in less than a week. Also it was my birthday yesterday.

i pulled one too, aw yeah
Bored out of my freakin' mind here. I actually think I've run out of things to do.
There's a group of people doing renovation on our house which has completely close off a part of our house, so the only way to get to my room (where the Wii and PS2 are) is to go through the construction area, out the back, and all the way around to the front. Not a single one of my PC games look like they'd be fun to play through a second time, and nobody seems to be up for a mod or something. (or they're busy) I'm virtually stranded in my computer room (really friggin' loud without the door closed), I have no car, not a lot of money, and I can't play my PS3 because the room it's set up in is all messed up (also it's right next to the construction area anyways.
I've got 3 more days of this and I'm going insane.

Go for a run.
Then do pushups.
Then do bicep curls.
Then do situps and get a six pack.
Tried a new thermos that did not want to let any hot tea out until it could shoot out at me all at once. Burnt my lips, tongue and throat. Not feeling so great 12ish hours later.
Hey Tort, I've been thinking about picking up running and you seem like a knowledgeable sort of guy on that sort of thing. What do you recommend in terms of clothing/shoes,especially for a gentlemen who is not in particularly the best shape of his life.Â

My suggestion.
Do some improv comedy in front of the workers that are taking a break.

Welcome to my life, they are adding another room right next to mine, but the worst part isn't the isolation or the sound of cutting metal at 7AM, but the dust..
THAT FREAKING DUST. I swear that, even i clean my PCs insides on a daily basis, my Pc's perfomance has dropped to 50%, all due to Dust (formatted yesterday to see if it was something else, but no dice). Also, had to store the Wii and Xbox 360 back to their boxes due to this. Wii stopped reading Super Smash Bros Brawl and my Xbox is starting to sound lika Harrier.
Fuck dust
I got called at 3pm and told that I need to be in Baltimore at 8am tomorrow, for the rest of the week. I have midnight tickets to Harry Potter Thurs night / Fri morning, so I told them I could only be there tomorrow and Thurs. They said fine, so long as the work is done. So I may have a late work day Thurs followed by a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong drive through rush hour traffic to get back for the midnight show. I LURVE MY JERB

I'm a 2LT and I'd kill this douche to work in your shop. But I'm not Signal... or Canadian...

For clothing I'd just say dress for the weather. If it's really hot out, just wear a light shirt and some gym shorts to keep the sun off you. If it's colder you might want a jacket/track pants, but keep in mind that you're going to warm up once you start running, so don't put on ten layers of clothes. The material should be thin enough that it doesn't trap all your body heat.
Shoes, pretty much anything that's a running/cross-training shoe is fine. As for a specific brand, I'd just recommend going to a shoe store and trying on a bunch of shoes and walking around in them until you find one that's comfortable for you. I personally like Asics, but your foot might be better suited for another brand.

Funny, I just became aware of Four Loko, and I was going to post it here.
Seriously, who thought removing the "sleep" failsafe in drunks would be a good idea?
